We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Stocard - Fidelity offers the following subscription plans for access to premium features:
All subscriptions are processed and billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of payment. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Important: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID settings to stop future charges.
When using Stocard - Fidelity, you agree not to:
The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, trademarks, and code, is owned by Stocard - Fidelity and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stocard - Fidelity and its developers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
