This Privacy Policy explains how Stocard - Fidelity ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application. Automatically Collected Information

When you use our app, certain information is collected automatically, including:

  • Usage data (features accessed, time spent in app, interaction patterns)
  • Crash reports and performance data
  • IP address and approximate location (country/region level)

Subscription Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple to provide you access to premium features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve Stocard - Fidelity
  • To personalize your experience within the app
  • To process and manage your subscription
  • To send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse
  • To analyze usage trends and optimize app performance

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used solely to provide and improve our service.

3. Data Storage & Security

We use Google Firebase to store and process data. Firebase provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure including:

  • Data encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 compliance
  • ISO 27001 certification
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4. Third-Party Services

Stocard - Fidelity integrates with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information:

    Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, Apple, Replicate

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services to understand how they handle your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

  • Account data is retained while your account exists and for up to 30 days after deletion
  • Usage analytics are retained in aggregated, anonymized form
  • Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days
  • Subscription records are retained as required by financial regulations

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account

Stocard - Fidelity is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
